The Pregnancy Care Center of Rincon held its first fundraising banquet on April 22 at the Mill Creek Banquet Hall and Lodge.

The purpose of the banquet was to raise community awareness about the center and the needs in our local community, and to raise funds that enable the center to continue helping women and families in our community that may be facing unplanned pregnancies.

The banquet was a huge success with more than 150 people in attendance. In attendance were local businessmen and women, past supporters and many others who made up an audience of compassionate citizens who came together to support the work of the center.  Several individuals and businesses stepped up to support the center by financially hosting tables at the banquet.

Table hosts included:
Citizens Bank of Effingham (four tables hosted)
C-A-M Machine Shop and Fabrication
The Coastal Bank
Coldwell Banker
Joe Marchese Construction

Dr. Angela Canfield
Eddie and Darnett Coleman
