Judge Preston Exley spoke to the Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club on Tuesday. He described the Magistrate Court’s case load and answered several questions about the legal process.

Judge Exley’s presentation was very educational and enlightening.

Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. at the Guyton Christian Church activities building.
