Effingham Sunrise Rotary President-Elect Michael Lee thanked Rick Lott for his presentation on the upcoming Effingham Oktoberfest event in Rincon. Lott is the director of marketing and events for the Effingham Chamber of Commerce. He told the group that the Oktoberfest event is scheduled for Sept 24-25 on the corner of Highway 21 and McCall Road.
