Effingham County leaders and Chamber of Commerce members, along with members of its state legislative delegation, met with state officials Monday and Tuesday during the Chamber’s Effingham Day at the Capitol.

The annual event concluded just before the winter storm and subsequent traffic logjam crippled Atlanta.
