New Fort Howard Road/Old Augusta Road roundabout expected to open Monday

The new roundabout on Old Augusta Road at Fort Howard Road is expected to open in time for Monday's morning commute.

 Eric Larson of EOM Operations told the Effingham County Board of Commissioners Wednesday that final striping and signage work was underway at the intersection, which has been closed for construction since Jan.4.
