A fatal crash Wednesday night at the intersection of Ga. Hwy 17 and Marlow Road is under investigation.
The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office says the two-car crash at approximately 7 p.m. killed one person and resulted in six more being sent to the hospital.
The Georgia State Patrol is investigating the accident.
