The public hearing on rezoning and the regularly scheduled Effingham County Board of Education meeting originally set for Jan 3 at Ebenezer Middle School have been moved to Jan. 10. The hearing will start at 5:30 p.m. and the meeting will follow at 6:30 p.m., both at the middle school.
