Public notice regarding storm debris clean up
Web Guyton logo

Guyton crews will begin picking up resident storm tree debris for the impacted areas beginning Tuesday, June 20. Pick up is limited to tree debris only and excludes all trash. Storm debris must be moved to the edge of the road and placed in piles to be picked up.

Small debris will need to be placed in paper bags. Large tree debris will need to be cut into sections no longer than six feet. Items must be placed by the road edge by the designated times below to be included in the cleanup route.

Debris should not be placed under power lines and should be in an area free from obstructions such as mailboxes, phone boxes, etc. Clean up activities will take several days for each area based on weather conditions and debris volume. We will continue to provide updates throughout next week. Routine dry trash routes will be postponed until completion of storm debris clean up.
