RINCON -- According to a report on ajc.com Tuesday, a Rincon man was arrested last month after driving to Marietta to have sex with a boy he met online.

Online records show, Andrew Jordan Pendleton, 23, faces one count each of aggravated child molestation, using a computer to seduce or entice a child and using a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for a visual medium.

According to court records, Pendelton started chatting with the boy in early March. His messages included lewd pictures of himself and others.

After receiving permission from the boy's parents, a Marietta detective posed as the boy online. Authorities said Pendleton agreed to travel to Cobb County to meet the boy for sex.

Arrest warrants allege Pendleton was arrested in the boy's driveway.
