Michelle Taylor repeats the oath of office administered by Mayor Ken Lee before Monday might’s Rincon City Council meeting. Taylor succeeds James Dasher as a council member after drawing no opposition in a March 16 special election. Dasher resigned last September, saying he planned to move out of the city.
