Members of the Effingham County Board of Education, Eddie Tomberlin, Mose Mock, Superintendent Randy Shearouse, Chairman Lamar Allen and Vickie Decker, celebrated South Effingham High School CTAE Month at the school board’s Feb. 16 meeting.
