Carter receives ABAC scholarship

TIFTON—Chelsea Carter of Bloomingdale has been awarded a scholarship from the ABAC Foundation to attend Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College during the 2015-16 academic year.

Carter received a C. Alex Kemp Scholarship.
