Effingham County High School Air Force Junior ROTC held its annual dining-out with guest speaker Andy Cayton. Cayton is retired from the Army where he served as a helicopter pilot for Special Operations and is now a professional balloonist who has set multiple records. He spoke to the students about ballooning including the different types of balloons, and how they are operated. He also explained how his time in the military helped to give him the discipline he needs in ballooning.
