Patsy Clayton, president of Effingham County Retired Educators, presented scholarship checks to Lindsay Morgan and Stephanie Bradshaw at the Effingham County Retired Educators’ annual year-end banquet at Ebenezer Retreat Center.

Morgan and Bradshaw are early childhood education majors who are scheduled to graduate this year.
