“Read More Books, Eat More Chicken, Save More Lives” was the theme as Guyton Elementary partnered with Chick-Fil-A to provide a fun time for families while raising money for a great cause.

On March 7, more than 250 people enjoyed a Chick-Fil-A supper to raise money for Relay for Life. Then, families celebrated Dr. Seuss’ “Read Across America,” where parents had the opportunity to read with their children and participate in Seuss activities. The PTO also held its annual spring basket silent auction, which was a big success.

Finally, parents ended the evening enjoying Guyton Elementary first graders in lively St. Patrick’s Day music and dance.
