Three South Effingham High School sophomores served as pages at the state Capitol on April 12. Emilia Truluck served as a page to Rep. Ann Purcell while Hunter Owens and Ashlee Griffith served as pages for Sen. Jack Hill. Serving as pages provides students with a unique perspective on the legislative process.
