Savannah Technical College will offer two free interviewing seminars April 21 to help students and local job seekers develop their professional image, strengthen their interviewing techniques and increase awareness of the importance of polished communications — both verbal and nonverbal — in the interview. Sessions will be held at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. at the college’s Effingham Campus, Highway 21 between Springfield and Rincon.

The seminar, “Lions, Tiger & Bears…Oh My!  Thriving in the Interview Jungle” will be offered by Iris Formey Dawson of Artison and Associates, a professional consulting firm with more than 25 years of experience conducting training activities for schools, businesses and governmental agencies throughout Georgia and across the country.

The seminars are free and open to the public. Seating is limited to 50 participants at each session.  For information and reservations, contact Arona Covington acovington@savannahtech.edu or 754-2880.
