Employees of the BB&T branches in Rincon, Springfield and Savannah gather to help out the Habitat for Humanity of Effingham County’s Christ build project in Guyton. BB&T also made a $2,000 donation to Habitat on Saturday morning. The Springfield branch of BB&T won third place regionwide in the company for its Lighthouse Project, an investment of more than $3 million and 60,000 man hours from the company’s 30,000 employees in community improvement projects.
