First Baptist Church of Rincon and Springfield are coming together to perform “The Nativity” Symphony at the historic Mars Theatre.

This symphony is being performed on Dec. 14 at FBC-Springfield and Dec. 18 at the Mars Theatre at 7 p.m. All seats and tickets need to be purchased online by going to www.marstheatre.com.

An $8 admission fee for adults and $5 for kids is being charged to cover operational costs of the Mars. A portion of the proceeds will go to FORCE, the Food Outreach Co-op of Effingham. FORCE is a non-profit, 501c3 organization representing a collaboration of more than 30 participants of agencies, churches and six food pantries in the county.
