The Effingham County Clerk of Courts Department was recognized for having the highest increase in participation over the previous year in the United Way’s 2014 fundraising campaign in Effingham.

Campaign vice chair Andy Lamon and Georgia-Pacific loaned associate Stephen Roddenberry presented the Effingham County Clerk of Courts Department with the inaugural Caring Cup Award.

United Way of Effingham plans to make the Caring Cup an annual award to the Effingham County department with the highest increase in campaign participants from the year before.
