Michaela Lariscy is the president of the South Effingham High School Interact Club and shared with the Effingham Rotary Club her experience this past summer attending Rotary Youth Leadership Awards at South Georgia College which was aimed at developing leadership skills in high school students. The Interact Club is a service club for students sponsored by the Rotary Club. The Interact Club completed several service projects over the past year, and, as their international project, raised money for shelter boxes for the Haitian relief effort.
