Rincon rings in the holidays with parade

Effingham County got the Christmas season off to a festive start Saturday with the Rincon Lions Club's annual Christmas parade.

A crowd lined Highway 21 to watch the parade, which included 3rd Infantry Division soldiers, Santa Claus, floats, several entries from the Shriners and the marching bands from both Effingham County high schools.
