Ebenezer Elementary School teacher Carlette Fulcher was the first winner in the weekly prize drawings as part of the United Way of Effingham County’s 2014 fundraising campaign.

Fulcher’s name was drawn, and United Way representatives surprised her at EES with a Tybee Island getaway including an overnight stay at the Sea and Breeze Beach Hotel and a catamaran dolphin cruise for two.

Anyone who attends a United Way campaign presentation can enter the weekly drawing for a prize valued between $500-$1,000.
