Jeremy Nease of Rincon’s Badcock Home Furniture donated a 50-inch LG TruSlim television (valued at $999) to the United Way of Effingham’s 2013 campaign fundraising raffle.

United Way Area Director Bonnie Dixon accepted the donation on behalf of campaign chair John Kieffer and vice chair Taryn Knick.

The raffle includes nearly $2,000 worth of donated prizes. Other items to be raffled off include a Samsung 10-inch tablet donated by Walmart, a $200 gas card donated by Enmark and a Yeti cooler from an anonymous donor.

Tickets are $2 each or three for $5, with proceeds benefitting United Way programs and services in Effingham County. To purchase tickets, contact United Way at 826-5300.
