Effingham Sunrise Rotary President Bonnie Dixon presents Rotary District Governor Kenan Kern and his wife Beth Kern with a celebratory gift basket.
Kern spoke to and updated the Sunrise Rotary group on several community involvement initiatives that the district was involved with. Afterwards, he spent time with the Executive Committee discussing membership, fundraising and local community projects.
