Rincon attorney Ramona Murphy Bartos of the Bartos Law Firm, LLC, has been recently selected as an arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Auto Line program in the region serviced by Better Business Bureau, Southeast Atlantic, Inc.

Founded in 1978, BBB Auto Line is the nation’s oldest and most respected auto warranty dispute resolution program, and is an out-of-court program administered by the Better Business Bureau to settle automotive disputes. Arbitration — an informal process in which two parties present their views of a dispute to an impartial third party, an arbitrator, who will decide how the dispute will be resolved — is the method used by BBB Auto Line to settle claims filed by automotive customers under state lemon law and/or a manufacturer’s warranty program.

More information about the BBB Auto Line program can be found at http://www.us.bbb.org/lemonlaw.

Bartos is the city attorney for the city of Guyton and a member of the first class of BBB Auto Line arbitrators in this area of Georgia.
