Effingham County Chamber of Commerce members helped Brylie’s Walk Cafe in Springfield cut their ribbon during their open house Thursday morning.

Brylie’s Walk Cafe was started in November by Karen Jenkins. She was a stay at home mom for over 20 years and decided to embark on her lifelong dream of opening a restaurant after her children were older. Brylie’s Walk was named after her three children Natalie, Bryan and Walker.

Brylie’s offers a variety of homemade cakes and island oasis fresh fruit smoothies. Lunch can be enjoyed Monday through Friday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. in the cafe or outside in their courtyard. Brylie’s also offers weekly lunch specials.  Lunch orders are accepted by phone starting at 10:30 a.m. for faster pick-up. Delivery is also available with 10 or more orders. Catering for private or corporate lunch or dinner event is available.
