Kroger to hold job fair

 The Kroger at 461 South Columbia Ave. will be hosting a job fair at the Kroger Marketplace store Saturday to fill an immediate need for full and part time positions in the deli and bakery, as well as clerks, baggers and cashiers.

The new 115,000 square foot Marketplace store, opening June 15, will have a drive-through pharmacy, fuel center, Starbucks and an apparel department, as well as an expanded natural foods and organic section, Chef On The Run and more.

 “Kroger is committed to creating job opportunities with competitive pay and flexible hours for our current and future employees,” said Glynn Jenkins, public relations director for Kroger’s Atlanta Division. “We look forward to providing the Rincon community with hard-working, customer-centered associates who go above and beyond to create exceptional and unique shopping experiences for our customers.”
