Lowe’s in Rincon held its customer appreciation day on Friday, providing a lunch of wings, bread, corn on the cob and watermelon. Groups also taking part in the event were the city of Rincon, the Rincon Fire Department, the Rincon Police Department, the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office, the Effingham Sanitation Department, Effingham Hospital, Habitat for Humanity and the Rincon Garden Club.
