Effingham County’s only hotel, the Microtel Inn and Suites of Rincon, has added a small group meeting room to its list of services.  

The room seats 12 in board room style and 20 in theatre arrangement.  The room is available to guests staying at the hotel, but can also be used by the community. Rental is $20 per hour and includes coffee, juice and water. Service organizations can use the room without charge while meeting to plan an event that benefits Effingham County.  

In addition to the new meeting room, the lobby of the hotel is also available for gatherings such as clubs, civic organizations and wedding/baby showers.

The hotel is located on Highway 21 South across from Springfield Ford near the intersection with Goshen Road. Locally owned and operated, the hotel has ample parking and easy access. The hotel can be viewed through its Web site at www.MicrotelInn-RinconGA.com.
