Kim Weaver has opened a new hair salon in Springfield.

Weaver has been a hairdresser for 34 years. She is originally from Indiana and has been in Effingham County for three years.

“Kim’s Affordable Hair Salon” is located at 411 E. Second St. It is located in the building former known as Rosanne’s Hair Salon.
