SPRINGFIELD — The Effingham County Chamber of Commerce is making it easier to shop locally for the holidays with its Third Annual Holiday Gift Certificate campaign.

Gift certificates are available for purchase and can be used at 20 local stores. You can purchase your gift certificates valued at $25 for only $20 (that’s a $5 savings) at the Effingham Chamber of Commerce office or the Renasant Bank branches in Rincon, Springfield or Port Wentworth, plus, in Rincon, at Teach Right, GeoVista Federal Credit Union and Marshland Federal Credit Union.

Gift certificates are on sale through Dece. 24.

Participating stores include Badcock & More Home Furnishings, Diamond Carpet Cleaning, Effingham Printing and Copy Center, JoAnn’s Florist, Largesse Boutique, Medicap Pharmacy, Merle Norman Cosmetics, Ms. Jean’s Restaurant, New Life Flowers & Gifts, Quick Cash Pawn, RepowerIT, Rincon Packaging and Shipping, Rusty Pig BBQ, Southern Tea Cottage at The Lighthouse Historical Venue, Teach Right, That Dress, The Cottage of Art & Custom Framing, The Tin Fin, Therapeutic Embrace and Wiley’s Home Center.
