Effingham County commissioners have signed off on final versions of the long-discussed service delivery strategies.
Commissioners, in a 6-0 vote, approved a joint resolution regarding service delivery strategy for the county and the cities.
They also approved service delivery agreements for road construction and maintenance, recreation and fire protection services.
Final approval by the commissioners is contingent upon the cities accepting in full the four resolutions adopted by the commissioners.
