Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle, reported stolen out of Ludowici.

The driver, Jason Reeve, 30, of Ellabell, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving stolen property, possession of marijuana, driving under the influence, and open container while operating a motor vehicle.

The passenger, David Gottschalk, 19, of Savannah, was arrested and charged with theft by receiving a stolen vehicle.

Both suspects remain in the Effingham County Jail. Deputies are currently looking into whether the individuals are connected to any burglaries in the area.
