The Effingham County Sheriff's Office is investigating a shooting that took place Wednesday in Eden and wounded two people.

The shooting occurred outside a gas station at the corner of Highway 80 and Old River Road. No one inside the store was hurt.

Investigators retrieved surveillance camera footage from the store.
