Animal Complaint
A woman stated that her neighbors had been letting their dogs run amok in the neighborhood. They had been causing a disturbance to other residents in the general area. The neighbor and her mother stated that they were aware of the leash law, and that they had a total of 24 animals. The mother agreed to give away some of the animals, and the neighbor advised that she would be moving soon and taking her animals with her. The reporting officer was Tommy Williams.

Wanted Person-Warrant Service
Three men were spotted driving down the road without proper safety restraints. One of the men was sitting on a cooler as there were no other seats available. A background check on the man in the passenger seat revealed that he had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was placed into custody, and it is assumed that the man on the cooler then moved to the empty seat. The reporting officer was Andrae Wright.

A man stated that an acquaintance was in his yard and that he did not want him there. The acquaintance provided his information and was issued a notice. He then left the scene. The reporting officer was James Ashley Denny.

Drugs not in Original Container-Misdemeanor; Possession and Use of Drug Related Objects; Possession of Marijuana; Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance; Purchase, Possession, Manufacture, Distribution or Sale of Drugs
A man was seen sitting in his car in the back of a clubhouse. At first, he refused to roll down his window for police, but he eventually did so. He stated that he had been working out at the clubhouse and decided to read in the back-parking lot afterwards. It was noted that the inside of the vehicle smelled of marijuana, and it appeared as if drug particles were covering the man’s lap. He was detained due to his nervous appearance. He then admitted that there was marijuana in the vehicle, and it was later discovered that he also had a grinder, a joint and a smoking device. Pills and money were also found. Upon this revelation, the man admitted to distributing marijuana for a profit. He was swiftly arrested, and his father was contacted to collect the vehicle. The reporting officer was Bobby McCloud.

Terroristic Threats and/or Acts
A woman stated that her estranged husband was upset over the fact that his daughter’s stepfather had advised the daughter to move in with him and the woman. The husband threatened to kill the woman’s brother before spinning his tires in her front yard. He had previously yelled at her brother while he was having his land surveyed. The woman was advised of available remedies. The reporting officer was Paul Davis.

A man was spotted making an illegal U-turn on the highway. A background check revealed that he had an outstanding warrant out for his arrest for shoplifting. The man stated that he had made the turn to go back home. His identity was verified, and he was placed under arrest. Animal control and a wrecker service were both contacted to secure the man’s dog and vehicle respectively. The reporting officer was Deandre Loucks.

A man stated that a black tool box which contained an assortment of tools had been taken from his shed. The tool box also contained a ratchet screw driver set and some bicycle parts. He advised that he had no clue as to who the perpetrator might be. The reporting officer was Timothy Ivey.

A woman was seen walking dangerously close to the side of the road. She provided her information, and a background check revealed that she had an outstanding warrant. She was swiftly arrested. The reporting officer was William West.

A man stated that a large dog had killed his cat while his wife was in the house. The wife said that she heard a loud commotion, and she went outside to see the dog running away and the cat fatally wounded. Neither knew who the dog belonged to, and it could not be located. A man stated that his separated wife came to his house looking to take her minor child. She became enraged when she noticed glitter on his face that was left over from a Halloween costume. A woman was spotted standing on the side of the roadway waving at a vehicle. She had a cellphone in her hand and was yelling something that could not be heard. She stated that she was in an argument with her boyfriend over the phone. She refused to provide her name, and she started walking to a nearby house. She then began to yell at police, and it was noted that she appeared to be under the influence of drugs. She finally provided her name but only after she was placed under arrest. She also noted that she does not like cops. The reporting officer was Deandre Loucks.

A woman advised that her estranged husband had gotten into an argument with her when he went to her house to collect his belongings. The husband stated the opposite, saying that the woman was yelling at him. Both stated that nothing got physical, and they both agreed to get along for the rest of the day, so the husband could gather the rest of his things. The reporting officer was Deandre Loucks.

A woman advised that her friend had stolen her car. The friend had previously asked her if she could borrow the vehicle, but the woman said no due to the friend not having insurance. The friend took the vehicle anyway without the woman’s knowledge while the woman was away. The friend left all her personal belongings behind. The reporting officer was Jason Bragg.

Disorderly Conduct
An unknown source reported that a loud party was happening in which there were several underage people who were drinking. Several of the party goers ran into the woods when police showed up. The owners of the property were notified of the situation. A total of six people were arrested. All of them refused to call their parents. The reporting officer was Jason Bragg.

Burglary; Smash and Grab-Felony
A local store was discovered to have been broken into by forcing the front door open with a yellow tow strap. The door handle and a black baseball cap were lying on the ground. The store was cleared, and nothing appeared to be taken. The store owner soon arrived, and the security feeds were inspected. Earlier that day, two men had pried the door open and entered the building. They stole three cans of soda, four cartons of cigarettes and a bottle of alcohol. They then left the scene while attempting to hide their faces. The reporting officer was Kristopher Withem.

False Imprisonment; Obstruction of Law Enforcement Officer when Endangered
A woman stated that her son had been abusing his Adderall medication. When he refused to sign a medical form, emergency medical services attempted to get his mother to do so. As she went to sign the form, her son pushed her back into the house. He stood in the doorway and refused to let his mother come out of the house. When he went to go into the house, he was tackled, but he kept his hands under his stomach to avoid being restrained. Police were forced to use a taser on his back to gain access to his hands. He continued to resist and had to be dragged into the nearby patrol car. He proceeded to kick at officers, and a taser had to be used again. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Too Fast for Conditions; DUI-Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
An anonymous informant stated that a woman was swerving across the highway as she was driving. The vehicle later lost control and rolled over, pinning the driver inside. As she was being pulled out, several witnesses said that she appeared to be under the influence. One witness said the driver had previously admitted to them that she had been drinking. Once the woman was out, it was noted that she smelled of alcoholic beverages. She agreed to take a blood test, and she was transported to a local hospital. A man stated that his mother did not want an acquaintance at her house. When the man came home to find the acquaintance at the house, he asked him to leave. When he refused to do so, the two got into a fight which included punches and a knife. The acquaintance provided his side of the story and showed a phone video of the incident. A man stated that his neighbor had made threats against him following an incident involving their children. The neighbor stopped him in the roadway and told him that he was going to beat him up. The school of the children had already been contacted, and they believed that the incident with the children was a lie. The reporting officer was Justin Hynko.

A woman advised that her husband was getting irate after drinking. When she threatened to contact the law, he began to yell and threatened to take her phone away. He then went for a walk in order to calm down. She said that the situation never got physical. The reporting officer was Justin Hynko.

A woman was spotted asleep behind the wheel in the parking lot of a gas station. She said that she was a taxi driver who had been working late that night. She decided to park and take a nap. I was noted that a pill bottle with marijuana and a small black item inside of it were in the car. She was swiftly arrested. It was later discovered that a handgun was also present in the vehicle. A wrecker service was called to collect the vehicle. The woman then began to become disorderly inside the vehicle, and a taser had to be used. She continually yelled obscenities as she was being transported to jail. The reporting officer was Kristopher Withem.

Harassing Communications
A woman stated that ever since she broke up with her boyfriend, she had been receiving harassing texts and social media messages from him. These threats did not include bodily harm, but they did slander her name in disgraceful ways. The boyfriend had recently showed up at a restaurant with flowers to reconcile with her. When she made it clear that she no longer wanted a relationship, he made a post on the social media account of her place of work which slandered her name. She had begun to fear for her life and started to carry a firearm in her car for protection. The reporting officer was Adam Harmon.

DUI- Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol
A man was seen driving very slowly down the highway with his bright lights on. He stated that something was wrong with his car which caused his headlights to go completely off whenever he turned his bright lights off. It was noted that his vehicle smelled of alcoholic beverages. The man said that he had not had too much to drink. He was given a series of field sobriety evaluations which he failed. He also provided a breath sample which indicated that he was under the influence. He was placed under arrest, and the passenger was given a courtesy ride back to his home. A woman advised that an acquaintance had threatened her on social media after she suspected the woman of sleeping with her husband. These messages had included many vulgar words. The woman said that she was afraid that physical harm would come to her and her kids. The reporting officer was Jason Bragg.

A woman from child services stated that two children had gone to school smelling of marijuana. It was suspected that someone in their house had been using the substance. It was discovered that marijuana was located on the property. All the children in the house were relocated for their own protection. The reporting officer was Kristopher Withem.
