Arrests/Citations

Christopher Haskin, Long Bridge Road/Wiley Road – DUI, under the influence of drugs, wanted person.

Johann Sanchez Esqueda, Hwy. 17/Blue Jay Road – DUI, failure to maintain lane, driving while unlicensed, open alcohol container, possession of a Schedule 1 substance.

Amanda McGuire, Bay Road – Criminal trespass, disorderly person.

Cory Cobb, Egypt Ardmore Road – Simple battery, family violence.

 

Incidents

Cobblestone Circle – a man reported that he saw an unknown person on his home’s security camera possibly prowling on his porch. Patrol searched the immediate area but was unsuccessful in spotting the individual.

Chester Road – a man and a woman reported another couple was criminally trespassing on their property.

Gracen Road – a woman reported she was receiving threatening text messages from a friend’s ex-boyfriend.

Oliver Kildare Road – a woman reported that her daughter and her daughter’s boyfriend were having a verbal argument that she thought had become physical.

US 80 – a woman reported that she and her boyfriend had a physical altercation, but both parties refused to press charges.

Riverbranch Road – a T-Mobile technician reported that an unknown individual entered a cell-phone business and stole 12 orange battery packs with a total value of $4,495. The case is under investigation.

US 80 – a man reported that a person (possibly known by the complainant) broke into his business, left property damage – shattered glass, broken door, and bullet holes. The scene was secured and investigators were called to collect evidence.

Sapphire Circle – a man and a woman reported they are getting harassing texts and calls from one of the man’s former coworkers.

Crape Myrtle – a woman reported that a package from Amazon (valued at $300) was reported as delivered, but she never received it.

Commerce Drive – Deputies responded to an auto auction business in reference to firearms found inside a vehicle. Firearms were determined to have been stolen from Savannah. The weapons were secured and entered as evidence. Drugs found in the vehicle were also collected and destroyed.
