Drive-through service
Jessica Stephenson
Effingham County High School distributed caps and gowns to its seniors Tuesday afternoon, using a drive-through method from noon-2 p.m. because of COVID-19 restrictions. It was unnecessary for the students or their parents to leave their vehicles to acquire their graduation gear. Each of the approximately 400 seniors also received a goody bag filled with items left over from the school store, which has been closed since March 18.
