A workshop to train volunteers to monitor water quality in Ebenezer Creek is scheduled Nov. 5 from 1 p.m.-4p.m.

Field instruction and sampling will occur at the Houlihan Bridge boat ramp in Port Wentworth at Highway 17 (SR 25) and the Savannah River.

The session is free and open to the public. Reservations are requested.
