The next round of Georgia Power’s outages and upgrades are scheduled to take place Oct. 12 and 14.
Outages on Oct. 12 will begin at 9 a.m. and could last up to eight hours.
The affected areas are:
• Honeyridge Road from Highway 17 to Highway 119
• Highway 119 from Old Louisville Road to Archer Road
• Honeyridge subdivision
The alternate date for the outage is Oct. 13.
The Oct. 14 outage will start at 9 a.m. and could last up to eight hours.
Affected areas are:
• Central Avenue from Highway 119 to north of Honeyridge Road
• Highway 119 from Highway 17 to Power Company Road (excluding Effingham County High School and Effingham County Middle School)
The alternate date is Oct. 15.
