Traffic is back to normal on Highway 21 at the intersection of Chester Thomas Road.
All lanes of Highway 21 at Chester Thomas Road were closed following an accident involving a log truck which has flipped over and lost its load versus a vehicle.
Injuries were been reported and traffic was affected for more than three hours.
