The City of Port Wentworth and the Georgia Department of Natural Resources are partnering to replace both boat ramps at Houlihan Park on the Savannah River.

Construction is slated to begin this week. 

During construction, one of the two ramps will remain open and construction crews will make every attempt to minimize impacts to the open ramp. 

Truck and trailer parking will be limited during construction.

The construction timeline is approximately 60 days.
