SPRINGFIELD -- Effingham County commissioners will host a growth management public work session on April 21 from 6-8 p.m. in the Training Room at the Effingham County Administration Complex, 804 South Laurel St.
This public session is for discussion with county citizenry and stakeholders on managing growth in the county. The public is encouraged to attend and offer comments related to the subject matter.
