The Rincon Spring Fair is open every day this week through April 20 at Freedom Park on Prosperity Drive. Hours are 5 p.m.-10 p.m. weekdays and 1 p.m.-11 p.m. weekends. Admission is $5 per person with kids 3 and under and seniors 60 and over free.  There is an additional charge for the rides, games, and food.

The Effingham County High School marching band has been invited to perform in New York City’s historic 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Parade. This prestigious opportunity marks the band’s largest performance to date, showcasing their talents on a national stage.
