The Extra Mile 5K, 10K to benefit Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society

SAVANNAH -- Connect Savannah Events will host The Extra Mile 5K, 10K, and Fun Run on Saturday, March 22, at 11 Gateway Blvd S., Savannah. Races begin at 8 .m.

This event is more than just a run; it’s a day of celebration, community, and connection, honoring individuals with Down syndrome and raising funds for the Lowcountry Down Syndrome Society (LDSS). Named for the “extra” chromosome that makes these individuals uniquely extraordinary, The Extra Mile invites everyone to join in supporting this cause.
