We celebrate National Nurses Week, National Hospital Week, and National Skilled Nursing Care Week this month. I want to express my genuine appreciation to our entire Effingham Health System team. You provide one of the most essential services for a thriving community, quality health care to the residents of Effingham and surrounding counties.  

Thank you to our Nurses and Skilled Nursing Care teams: As a nurse leader, I appreciate your dedication to your profession. The implementation of evidence-based practices and innovation allows us to increase access to care and healthy outcomes for the patients we serve. The patient experience will always be a number one priority.

Thank you to our hospital team: We congratulate everyone within our organization. Together we arose from a global pandemic, a stronger, more vital organization. Once more, we are focusing on the future. Opening the new Effingham Pediatric Center, implementing Oracle-Cerner, and planning for the considerable growth we expect in this community over the next 5 years. ALWAYS STAYING TRUE TO OUR MISSION AND VISION.
