Dear Editor,

As Tuesday approaches, I urge all eligible voters in the 3rd District to make sure and cast a vote for Steve Mason.

As a small business owner, land owner and a concerned citizen, I cannot understate the importance of having fiscally conservative representation from the county level to the federal government. Having known Steve for 15 years, the citizens of our district will benefit greatly from his business and construction knowledge on our commission. During an election, politicians often make a lot of promises, only to find that later it’s not easy to take a stand when necessary for our district and the county. Steve has the character and fortitude to stand up for what he believes and most importantly, he does not have a personal agenda for becoming a commissioner, only a desire to his county prosper.
