GUYTON -- Benedictine scored on its first five possessions and rolled to an impressive 56-7 victory over the South Effingham Mustangs on Friday night at The Corral.
The Cadets (6-2) led 49-7 at halftime and the second half was played with a running clock.
SEHS (1-6) scored in the second quarter on Cameron Edwards' 65-yard run and Liam Rickman's extra-point kick.
Edwards finished with 106 yards on 19 carries.
