Effingham County Recreation and Parks completed thre first of two 2016 baseball-softball preseason tournaments. The first tournament consisted of four age groups: 7-8-year-old boys (Flea boys), 9-10-year-old girls (Mite girls), 11-12-year-old boys (Midget boys), and 13-14 year old girls (Junior girls).
