South Effingham dispatched New Hampstead 10-1 in five innings at New Hampstead on Monday.

Hailey Pinette, Kastin Belogorska and ReAnn McCloy each had one hit and two RBI for the Lady Mustangs, who improved to 15-4 overall and 5-1 in Region 2-AAAAA.

Belogorska was the winning pitcher, notching four strikeouts without a walk.

The Lady Mustangs are set to play Effingham County on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Josh Reddick Stadium in Springfield.
